….because on Day 50 in South Africa everyone has done, or is doing something illegal!
This is the thing. They have to have rules that people think are reasonable, otherwise people will just do their own thing. We have all (most of us) gone along with lockdown because we are convinced that it is the best way to slow things down, but when a government wants to take things further people will question it.
